These terms govern your use of salermhairproducts.co.uk and any purchase made from Salerm Hair Products UK. By placing an order, you confirm you agree to these terms.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current UK rate (20%). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Product images are for illustration; minor colour variations may occur. We make every effort to keep product descriptions accurate but do not warrant they are error-free.

An order is an offer to purchase — it is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

• A product is unavailable or out of stock
• There is a pricing error
• We are unable to verify your payment

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be held liable for failed delivery due to incorrect address information.

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept card payments (processed securely via Stripe) and bank transfer. Trade accounts approved for credit terms may pay by invoice within agreed payment periods.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of confirmed payment. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.

Free standard delivery on orders over £50. Standard delivery: £4.99 (3–5 business days). Express delivery: £8.99 (next business day, orders placed before 2pm).

You have 30 days from delivery to return unwanted items (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations). Items must be unused, in original packaging. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@salermhairproducts.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Trade accounts are subject to a separate application process and approval. Trade pricing, credit terms, and purchase conditions are governed by the trade account agreement. Misuse of trade accounts (e.g. reselling at trade price without authorisation) may result in account suspension.

All content on this site (text, images, branding, design) is owned by or licensed to Salerm Hair Products UK. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
